IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition 2026 – Trade Visitor Registration

Welcome to the registration service for trade visitors to the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition 2026. The exhibition is open for trade visitors from Monday 5 October – Thursday 8 October 2026 (close at 13.30 on 8 October).

In order to register as visitor, please fill in your details below, all parts are required, and click the “Register” button. Registration as visitor to the exhibition is free of charge. After your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail, this can take a couple days. By registering as visitor you agree with the Terms and Conditions (see below link).

Trade visitors also have access to the Business Forum sessions, which are a full component of the Congress Programme.

In order to attend all IWA World Water Congress sessions, you have to register separately as a congress delegate via https://worldwatercongress.org/registration/ and pay a congress registration fee. If you have registered already as a congress delegate do not register again here as visitor; congress delegates have free access to the exhibition and the business forums.
