Welcome to the on-line registration service for trade visitors to the IWA World Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2025.

You are about to register for your visit for the IWA Water and Development Exhibition 2025 in Bangkok. The exhibition is open for trade visitors from Tuesday 9 December – Friday 12 December 2025.

The IWA World Water Exhibition will take place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), 60 Ratchadaphisek Rd, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

Trade visitors also have access to the Business Forum sessions, which are a full component of the Congress Programme.

In order to attend all IWA Water & Development Congress sessions, you have to register separately as a congress delegate via https://waterdevelopmentcongress.org/registration/  and pay a congress registration fee. If you have registered already as a congress delegate do not register again here as visitor; congress delegates have free access to the exhibition and the business forums.

Please note, each individual visitor registration should include the persons unique e-mail address (so do not use one e-mail address for multiple registrations).
